About Our Organization

Charity13 is a social enterprise founded by Rideau Rockcliffe Community Resource Centre, which is serving the community of Ottawa East since 1974. It is born out of the mandate of the Gifts-in-Kind program: to help increase the service delivery capacity of NFP organizations in Ottawa. It aims to help NFPs with limited resources to close the digital gap and also provide opportunities for individuals who want to start a career or build and improve their IT skills.

 Our focus is on data mining, communications and visibility, and resource attraction and development technologies that would help NFPs gather the insights and support needed to deliver their essential services.

We provide non-profit organizations and local businesses with selected IT services at affordable prices to enhance their organizational capacity and increase their visibility. We know that financial resources are limited for NFP and are sometimes fully dedicated to service delivery.  We try to make it as affordable as possible.
